Judges 2026

ROLLI SCHILTZ (LUXEMBOURG)

I discovered Agility back in 2000, and it quickly became a true passion. Since then, one of my main pursuits has been training my dogs and enjoying the thrill of competitions. I started with a Schapendoes and soon fell in love with Pyrenean Shepherds. Today, my youngest PyrShep is 18 months old and we will begin competing next year. I began judging in 2006, and for the past 16 years, I’ve served as an FCI international judge, officiating at major events across Europe, including the Junior Agility World Championship, European Open, Border Collie Classics, and several national and international championships and Opens. From 2007 to 2019, I proudly served as team captain of Luxembourg’s Agility World Championship team. For 20 years, I led the Luxembourgish Agility Association, and last year, I concluded my volunteer career as a delegate to the FCI Agility Commission. Agility has become far more competitive than in its early days, but for me, the most important thing remains unchanged: Agility should always be fun—for humans and their dogs.

JAN EGIL (NORWAY)

My agility history startet as a competitor in 1993 and my judging career in 2001. Since then I have judged in about 30 countries, included several tryouts, national championships and Opens. I also judged the first AWC after Covid, 2022 in Austria. Im very much looking forward to judge at the Rialp Summer Agility Cup, see you there!

ELPIDA ISMAEL (GREECE)

Hello, I’m Elpida!
I’m an agility judge, athlete, and coach.

I am one of the first people that started agility in Greece, back in 2012 with my first dog, Lisa, a yellow Labrador.

I’m a member of the Greek National team since 2018 with my Border Collies, Diesel and Astra and I have been to 6x AWCs and 6x EOs. I’m also 2x GR Agility Champion with Diesel.

As a judge, I love designing courses that combine skill, handling, and speed — always taking safety into consideration. Dogs are my top priority when I design, and I take extra care to make their lines fluent and safe, while still including technical and handling challenges.

I love watching the teamwork, connection, and joy between handlers and their dogs out on the course.

I’m so looking forward to judge RIALP alongside some amazing colleagues! See you all there, for an amazing agility week!

ALEJANDRO SALAS (SPAIN)

Soy Alejandro Salas.
